Doorstop & Cushions
I made these simple envelope style cushions recently to tone down my conservatory furniture which have a kind of nondescript pattern in gold/rust/taupe colours.
This fabric matched perfectly with the gold tone so I made 4, then LouP on UKscrappers asked for help with a simple sewn gift idea she wanted to make and I remembered that I had seen a door stop idea in a mag and on the net.
So I decided I would make one with the left over fabric from my cushions. I added a bit of applique detail using scraps of fabric and felt.
I designed a simple house shape and cut the pattern from card using my Pazzles Inspiration, which I then drew around onto the fabric and cut.
I used an applique stich which is on my sewing machine.
I have filled the inside with sand which is inside a ziplock bag and added just a bit of toy stuffing on top before I stitched it closed.
I love how it has turned out and think I will be making more of these.

Door Hanger
Well Iam very craft starved at the moment, with all my bits and pieces still packed away, but I have managed to get into some stash and we have made this little door hanger for my daughters friend.
My daughter put the decoupage together and we cut the ‘L’ shaped card and paper on the pazzles.

Bunting
Ive been wanting to make some bunting for ages and finally got around to doing it this week.
I cut a triangle template at 4.75″ x 4.75″ using the pazzles. The fabric is a scrap bag of Moda material, but because the scraps are various widths i cut strips of all the different samples into lengths of about 2ft and sewed two strips together to give me enough width to use the template.
I sewed two triangles together right sides facing using a 1/4″ seem, turned them the right side out and pressed them.
I used bought bias binding which is about 1″ wide folded it in half and sandwiched the triangle inside it.
I used a decorative flower design just for a bit of extra detail.
This bunting is over 16ft long so Ive taken a photo of it just draped over the toy box and another close up.
Its for our craft room in our new house when we move later in the year.
Etched Mirror
Ive had itchy feet so to speak where crafting is concerned I still have all my stash packed away as we will be moving again in a few months but this mirror was one of the few things that came with us when we moved into our temporary house in march and i don’t really know why i kept it.
Its a fairly good size about 20×15 and used to hang in our ensuite.
It was a washed beech effect wood frame so i painted it a few weeks ago when I did the toy box and today I decided that I would etch it.
That was really because the etch cream happens to be in one of the large storage box’s that I can get to.
Ive seen a bird on a branch with a birdhouse somewhere recently on the net I have no idea where and I dont even know if it was on a card or layout anyway I have not been able to find it at all so I decided to make my own again based on an image I found whilst trying to find the other one.
I cut it on the Pazzles using vinyl, then transfered it to the mirror and etched it.

Anyway I think it turned out ok.
Home Decor Wall Art Vinyl
My stock of Pazzles Home Decor Wall Art Vinyl has arrived, it is available in my website shop here
It comes in 12 great colours and each roll is 12″ x 48″ long but you can also buy it by the cut length of 12″ x 12″ if preferred.
Just click on the item image in the shop listing and you will be able to see all the great colours that are available.
I also have the transfer tape available, again in rolls or cuts to make getting your wall art off the sheet and into place easily.
This is Pazzles wall art vinyl but there is no reason why you could not cut in with a Cricut Expression or a Craft Robo but as its 12″ wide you would have cut to it to fit a Robo.
Running, Sewing & Papercrafting
As the title says but fortunately not at the same time! First my running I went for the first run of my week two podcasts i am following as mentioned in the thread under this one.
Well I dont know what was wrong with me but my brisk walk inbetween runs did not even feel brisk today.
I managed to run 4 of the 6, 1.5 minutes i had to walk one and nearly completed the last.
So i will have to see how I get on when I do my second run this week.
Now after I had showered and recovered from that i decided to make the monkey masks posted on the ‘Pazzles Craft Room’ website recently for my little girl and her friend.
My little girl is at another party today so I have had five and a half hours on my own.
some of you may know I have moved recently for 6 months whilst my new house is ready and I have not unpacked any of my crafting supplies my precious Pazzles Inspiration is sitting on the floor of my dressing area.
When I came to use it today to make the mask it had some dust on it so I decided to make a dust cover for it whilst I had the time.
So here are the fruits of my labours I am please with the dust cover as I am not a sewer and until recently I had not touched a sewing machine for about 30 years I even sewed the button on the centre of the flower with the machine.

Post it Note Handbag
Well this may be my last post for a while as I am moving for 6 months until my new house is ready I don’t want to have to pack and unpack twice so I will be packing alot of my personal crafting stuff away.
I will still be designing and adding cutting files and tutorials (hopefully) to the website and blog and i will still be selling all things Pazzles related! so keep coming back for a look.
I saw this idea here http://paperpastime.blogspot.com/ called ‘Purse Mini Album’ and thought it would make a great little gift for someone so I have added a small calendar and post it not pad.
I designed the cutting parts to make it with the Pazzles Inspiration software, I cut the main parts from ice cream cone packaging and used K&Co card and paper to cover it.
Cupcake bag/box Now Available
I have had a few request about buying the cutting file for the cupcake gift bag/box i posted a few days ago.
It is now available through my website (link on home page) or through my eBay shop here
http://stores.shop.ebay.co.uk/A-and-H-Crafts__W0QQ_armrsZ1

Thank you to all the people who show an interest in buying my designs.
Cupcake Bag/Box
I designed this cupcake a while ago and used it on a card.
But i decided to make it in a gift bag/box. Its big enough to hold cards and envelopes that are 4.5h x 3.5w (inches) or a mini book.

Chocolate Bunnies
These are some little chocolate bunnies for the children in my little girls class at school.
I picked up the lollies in the supermarket I made a cover for them by welding two ovals together and adding a centre fold and hole to thread the lollie stick through so it forms a jacket.
I used up scraps of card to make the bunnies for the decoration.
Ive used various Stickles and Pebeo paints to decorate them and added the detail to the faces with a black sharpie pen .
