Remote Access Lessons/Support
Pazzles, Craft Robo & Inkscape Telephone Lessons/Support
These are more than just telephone lessons, we can actually show you how to use programmes such as Robo Master, Inkscape and the Pazzles Inspiration Studio/Funtime Software.
We both sit in front of our PC's, all you have to do is click on the 'Lesson Link' and run a small application (there is nothing for you to install).
I will log in and I can then remotely access your desktop to show you how to use your software, whilst talking to you at the same time on the phone.
You will be able to see me moving the computer mouse around your chosen software on your PC and follow each move step by step in order to become more confident in what you are trying to achieve.
You will also have the opportunity to practise the steps to help you remember and learn if you wish.
It will be like having me sat next to you in your own home walking you through the task you have chosen to learn at your own pace.

How It Works
- Upon receipt of your payment
- We book a time slot for the remote lesson
- You tell us which software you want to use
- You tell us what you want to learn
- you click on the 'Lesson link' and run the remote application
- I log in and the lesson begins
At the end of the lesson you will disconnect and exit and I will no longer have access to your machine
