All goods leave A & H Crafts in perfect condition; claims for damage to goods whilst in transit must be made to the Royal Mail or Courier service for reimbursement.You will need your package or envelope as evidence, as well as the damaged goods. We recommend you photograph the package before opening if it appears compromised.
If this happens, please contact us via post or email and we will send you a copy of our proof of posting receipt to help you with your claim. In the rare event of faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately.
Faulty items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return them to us any postage/courier costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will not be refunded.
Replacements will only be dispatched upon receipt of the faulty item. We cannot be held liable for goods you are returning to us that get lost or damaged in transit. When returning small items we recommend goods are returned by recorded delivery to ensure signed receipt.
For Electronic machines-
If on a rare occasion your machine is faulty we would ask you to return it to us with the UK power leads supplied and and we will either repair it and return it back to you or replace it if it cannot be fixed.
We will endever to do this in as reasonable time as possible, no compensation will be allowed for loss of use of the machine in these circumstances.
If you want us to arrange collection and return for you, you must package up the machine and th UK power leads and we will advise you of courier costs before hand.
Electronic Cutting Machines will not normally be accepted as returned items once opened and used. unless faulty. However we will consider having a boxed machine returned back to us at customers own espense and providing all items as supplied are intact we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
Our Pazzles electronic cutting machines are supplied and fitted with a UK plug for use in the UK only, If you purchase a machine to use anywhere other than in the UK you do so at your own risk and we will not accept returns of any machine used outside of the UK.
